The fact that Claymount is operating in global Niche markets, that are engineering driven and quality focused, forces its HR strategy to be ongoing pro-active in the individual development of its employees. External training courses are supported through internal “Train the Trainer” approaches that will grow skills and capabilities in the Claymount global operations.
Global training sessions are conducted and colleagues, within the same disciplines from all Claymount facilities, the Netherlands, Italy, the Philippines , China and the USA are invited to join these sessions. Employee exchange for short and longer periods is initiated to support the local Claymount operation in growing its technical expertise and capabilities but also growing awareness of cultural differences and bonding international co-operation between the different locations to ensure the highest level of service to our customers.
The market and our customers operate global but they require strong local service and support.
