Vacuum casting is a means of casting products under vacuum using various epoxy materials. A porous or vented mould is used and is placed on a table or container where vacuum is applied. The liquid to be cast will be driven into the mould by atmospheric pressure, while the vacuum will also remove trapped air that would otherwise impede the free flow of the liquid casting material.

Silicone rubber molding is a means of shaping and moulding silicone rubber material into a ready connector at a cable end. Accurate preparations and consistent process control are of vital importance to the quality of the product.

EP-rubber molding is a means of shaping and moulding EP- rubber material into  a connector at a cable end. Accurate preparations and consistent process control are of vital importance to the quality of the product.

Casting is a means of casting two-part mixtures which cure to an extremely durable and resilient finished product. For casting epoxy and polyurethane materials can be used. Varying the mix ratios (a base and a curative) and catalysts can produce different harnesses and colours on products. These materials can be mixed with aggregates, metal powders or pigments for different finishes.

Rapid prototyping, is the automatic construction of physical objects using solid freeform fabrication. These techniques are used for wide range of applications and are even used to manufacture production quality parts in relatively small numbers.
