PDCA circles and SMART process approaches create an atmosphere of individual process ownership and teamwork achievements that results in ongoing improvements throughout all Claymount’s departments, Top-down and Bottom-up.
Project owners out of the engineering and manufacturing departments already in the earliest possible stage of the development project cooperate together to guide the new developments through the organisation in the shortest possible timeframe. So manufacturing can take it into its lean, make to order, quality processes that will assure just in time delivery.
